Add Youtube video in Joomla

If we want to embed youtube video in joomla then we can do it very easily. Following are the steps to embed youtube video in joomla:-

First of all go to the administrator and open the global configuration

Now go to the Text Filters and make sure that Supers users must be No Filtering. It will show that there is no filter criteria for iframe, frame etc.

Now go to the plugin manager from Extensions

Now type tinymce and click on search button.

Note:-Tinymce stands for Tiny Moxiecode Content Editor which offers html formatting tools, italic, bold, image, video etc.

Now click on editor-TinyMCE and delete iframe from prohibited elements and save it

Now go to the YouTube and open the video which you want to show on the page. I just selected one of my favorite video and then click on share just below the video and after that click on embed and copy the code

Now open the article where you want to show the video. Open the html editor and paste this code here. Then save it.

Now go to your website and open the link you will see your video here.
